The first aspect

 Training people how to perform or do a particular job helps them to

get employable .
 After getting employed they earn salary , and then pay tax which
contributes to the gross national product
 Thereby , in this case people are a resource for our country
The second aspect

 By having the skill to perform a particular job , they can perform a

job and earn salary which will be used for the well fare of the family
of the person
 Thereby he/she is a source of funds for the family , and so he is a
resource for his family .
The third aspect

 Trained people also contribute to the betterment of the society . The people
who are not educated gain from the trained people .
 They can learn the skills from the trained people and then they too can
become trained and earn .
 Which will then contribute to all three aspects of contribution .
