MARITIME DECLARATION OF HEALTH

Document that is tendered by the


master arriving from outside the
territory providing health
conditions of the crew.
FREE PRATIQUE

Official permission that is issued by the port health authorities stating


that the ship is without infections, disease or plague so the crew is
allowed to go to shore.

CARGO CLEARANCE

- Cargo Manifest

Document that has complete


specification of the goods. It is
drawn up by the agents in the
port based upon the B/L.
BILL OF LADING

Document that is issued by the


carrier to a shipper of goods
when the cargo is received on
board.
It serves as a receipt for the
goods so it is a Document of
Tittle of the goods. It specifies
the goods to be shipped and the
delivery terms
