 OBJECTIVES OF THE SOCIETY
• We should engage with the local community and address their needs through various social
service initiatives.
• We should create a positive impact on society by promoting social welfare, inclusivity, and
equality.
• Provide opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and fostering a sense of
social responsibility among college students.
• Foster partnerships with other organizations, both within the college and externally, to
amplify the club's impact and create networking opportunities.
• Raise awareness about social issues, and educate fellow students and the broader community
about ways to address these issues.
 TARGET AUDIENCE

• As a college social service society ,the target

audience primarily includes college students.
However, the club's initiatives may also extend
to faculty, staff, and the local community
surrounding the college campus.
 BUDGET OF THE SOCIETY
• As a college social service society, the budget will depend on the scale
and scope of the club's activities. It should cover expenses such as
event organization, promotional materials, and any necessary
resources for community projects. The budget may be derived from
membership dues, fundraising efforts, sponsorships, or allocations
from the college or student government.
 PROMOTIONAL STRATEGY
• Orientation Events: We can have orientation events to introduce incoming students
to the club's mission and encourage their involvement from the beginning of their
college journey.
• We can partner with other societies on campus to co-host events or initiatives,
thereby expanding the reach and impact of the club.
• We can organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and events on campus to engage
and educate students about social issues and inspire them to get involved.
• We can collaborate with local community organizations, non-profits organisations
to gain support, resources, and additional promotional opportunities.
 LOGISTICAL CONSIDERATION
• We should plan and organize social service events, including volunteer activities, workshops,
fundraisers, and awareness campaigns.
• We should develop strategies for tracking student volunteer’s participation and recognizing
their contributions.
• We should ensure availability of necessary equipment, supplies, and materials needed for
society’s activities, such as event materials, transportation, and communication tools.
• We should maintain budget management to facilitate smooth operation of the society.
• We should establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses,
and college administration to leverage resources, secure partnerships, and coordinate efforts.
