INNOVATION IS A SOCIAL PROCESS, WHICH TAKES PLACE OVER A PERIOD OF TIME.

NON-MATERIAL BENEFITS. GAINS IN SOCIAL
IMPLEMENTATI STATUS OR RECOGNITION COULD BE SOME OF
THE NON MATERIAL BENEFITS.
