Access duration depends on the activity but will be monitored by FTAP Site

eLocks
eLock is a keyless electronic Bluetooth enable padlock. It is designed to access
outdoor assets that require high security. Virtual keys can be accessed thru mobile
application.
These eLocks can only allow the authorized and registered person to enter the
site and open the eLocks.
This will save manhour instead of using key type padlock and easy access for
authorize person to enter the site. And allows O&M to track people who access the
FTAP sites.

MOBILE APP REGISTRATION 1

• Acsys Mobile App is available on Google Play Store for

Android users and App Store for iPhone users.
• Open Play store or App store and search for Acsys Mobile
App.
• Click download symbol
• Open the application once downloaded.
*Note that before you download the mobile application make sure you are already
registered to the iAMS system by the Site Access Coordinator.

• Once the app is downloaded. Allow permission for

application to access Bluetooth and Send Notification.
• Swipe and choose Acsys Mobile iAMS from the available
list
• Click on Get Started
• Allow permission for the application to access camera,
GPS, and storage.

• Select Cloud ID as Ireland IV

• For Server ID, enter iamsfrontier
• Enter user’s registered email address
• Send your UDID or IMEI Address to the admin
• Click on Register

• Setup your own password to access mobile application in future

NOTE:
1. Must be at least 6 characters long
2. Must contain at least 1 lower case and 1 upper case
3. Must contain at least 1 special character
4. Space are not allowed. Example: Any@12

Send these following details to the TOC or Site Access Coordinator on duty or on the group chat
created when you are going to access FTAP sites.

TOC/Site Access Coordinators will create and schedule the ticket access for each personnel. PM and
CM that are scheduled should be requested 48 hours prior the activity. Emergency and incident cases
should be coordinated with the team for urgent access.

“Ticket Access”
• Click on the “Ticket Access”

enter the ticket number
• To view the ticket number click on the

• Enter the FTAP Site ID (Site ID will be labeled on the eLocks,

ex. PH******)
• Enter the ticket number
• Enter the four-digit user’s virtual key PIN number (to be given
by the Site Access Coordinator once access is approved.
• Click on Check-In.

• eLocks available under the requested site will be displayed,

• eLock’s serial number will be displayed
• Click on OPEN next to the eLock serial number

• Click the Wake-up button at the bottom of the lock once.

• Click OK on the attention message
• Shackle will be released.

*Please Note: “ During the whole open eLock operation, pulling or

pushing shackle away from or towards lock body or manually exerting
force on any part of the lock may interrupt interoperation between lock
and server through apps, and may void warranty.”

• Press the shackle for locking

• Click CLOSE next to the eLock serial number

• Click the Wake-up button at the bottom of the lock once.

OFFLINE MODE

• Message or call the FTAP TOC / Site Access Coordinator to request an

OTP password for the Offline Mode.
• TOC/Site Access Coordinator will input the work order and the details of
the person to access the site in the system
• TOC/Site Access Coordinator will send the 10-digit OTP (One-time
Password) to open/close the eLocks.

• If you don’t have internet connection, open the Acsys

Mobile App
• Enter your password
• Back to home page and click the menu button on upper
left corner
• Click the “Offline Mode”

• Enter the FTAP Site ID (Site ID will be labeled on the eLocks,
ex. PH******)
• Enter the Access Point (Serial number of the physical eLocks,
ex. PL56S4QH*****)
• Enter the four-digit user’s virtual key PIN number (to be given
by the Site Access Coordinator once access is approved.
• Enter the 10-digit OTP to open in the CGS+OTP (to be given
by the Site Access Coordinator once offline mode access is
requested)

• If eLock is Low Battery or Battery percentage is at 50% below, please report to

TOC/Site Access Coordinator.
• If dead battery and you need to access the sites, please bring a powerbank and
Android type (micro usb) cable to jumpstart the eLock
• Any theft/incident cases, please report to O&M Coordinator or TOC
• Activities after 6 PM should be informed to TOC/Site Access Coordinator.
• If access media is blacklisted, please contact TOC/Site Access Coordinator.
