Sometimes I feel happy and sometimes I am not as there were ups and downs. For the
time being, I enjoyed working here.

the organization in general?
The company exceeds my expectation as I gain a lot of experiences here. Yes, I am
comfortable.

• How is your relationship with your manager and colleagues?

My relationship with my manager and colleagues are great as they treat me well and
guide on the things that I am not familiar with.

The challenge that I am facing right now is my lack of knowledge on my job. It would be
great to have a proper training for my job scope.

• Do you feel you are able to be productive and effective in your position?
Yes, I am.

• Would they recommend the organization to their peers?

Yes, I would recommend the organization to my peers because we can gain a lot of
experience here in APM.

• What have you learned about the organization that is good or not so good?
The good thing is that I learnt a lot of things here such as handling suppliers and
customers quality product. The not so good thing is the reduction of overtime.

• How is the pace of work?

The pace of work here is fast, depend on the situation. If there is an issue, the pace will
become fast. If not, just normal pace.
