Daraz Contract

This Freelance Contract (this "Agreement") is made as on 23th day of February, 2022, (the “Effective Date”)
by and between abc (“Independent Contractor”). Client and abc Independent Contractor may each be referred to
in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the
“Parties.”

•Services. Independent Contractor shall provide the following services to Client (the “Services”): A-Z services
regarding Daraz , including 1-Product Hunting 2-Product Research and analysis 3-Product Sourcing 4-Seller
central Verification 5-Keyword targeting + extracting out main and ranking keywords 6- Highly optimized listing
(for photo editing we will hire a person) 7-Helping the marketer with ranking and keeping an eye on the product
rank daily 8- PPC 9-Customer Support.
•Compensation. Inconsideration for Independent Contractor’s performance of the Services, Client shall pay
Independent Contractor:

The Client shall pay first month advance before starting
•Expenses. (Check one)

Client shall pay other expenses when needed like photography , logo designing , inventory cost photo editing ,
bleeding cost , etc

4.Term and Termination. Independent Contractor’s engagement with Client under this Agreement shall
commence on 23 February, 2021. The Parties agree and acknowledge that this Agreement and Independent
Contractor’s engagement with Client under this Agreement shall terminate:
☒ After 6 months

At the time of termination, the independent contractor shall return all the account information to the Client and
other relevant details like seller central account details , etc and will never misuse those details
