A 42-year-old African American woman with elevated blood

pressure 145 over 94, her name is Vicki, She`s married to Robert
for 20 years, Vicki works as insurance agent, her busy lifestyle
forces her to travel very often and eat at fast food restaurants for
most meals, Vicki smokes and drinks alcohol.
 Diagnosis

Doctor told the patient to sit on a chair with feet flat on the floor and

straight back and to rest her palm on the table and the palm facing

upwards, he set the cuff of sphygmomanometer level with her heart

to measure systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.
