CONCEPT
In Bengali ‘BORON’ means greet and ‘BORSO’ stands
for year. So this year we came up with an initiative to
greet Agartala by recognizing and celebrating the city
specialties on Radio. We celebrate ‘SHOHOR BARAN’
through its Food, Culture, Fashion, Smart city

projects, and so on and felicitate the best with the from Tripura
“SHOHOR BARAN Awards”.

We will recognize new releases of local songs, local

artists and introduce some new segments in the
awards like best music video, best song of the year,
Best fashion icon of the year etc.
