PLAN Section
Administrative and Resource Management

• Issue appropriate orders to all participants for the event;

• Issue appropriate letter of commendations to the tasked personnel;
• Prepare the necessary Program suited for the said activity;
• OPR in the giving of awards to the winning teams/personnel;
• Coordinate with the Bureau of Corrections Firing Range for the provision of needed
equipment like, target boards, shoot courses, range officers, and other needed
materials;
• Provide fund support to tasked units; and
• Perform other tasks as directed.
 PROPOSED IMPLEMENTATION
Intelligence Section PLAN
• Monitor plans of threat groups in relation to the said activity;
• Provide timely intelligence in support to all tasked units;
• Deploy covert security at the vicinity of National Bilibid Prison Firing Range, NBP
Reservation, Poblacion, Muntinlupa City; and
• Perform other tasks as directed.

Patrol Operations and Plans Section

• Strictly monitor and supervise the implementation of this Tasking; and

• Perform other tasks as directed.
 PROPOSED IMPLEMENTATION
Logistics and Supply Unit PLAN
• Provide the necessary transportation, office and other logistical requirements for
the tasked units;
• Provide Tarpaulin for the Ceremonial Shoot and Backdrop;
• Provide Tents, Tables and Chairs;
• Provide sound system to be used for the duration of the activity;
• Coordinate with the Bureau of Corrections thru letter request for the availability
of the firing range on the July 29-30, 2023;
• Coordinate with the Chief ADMIN regarding the logistical requirements for the
said event;
• Perform other tasks as directed.
 
 PROPOSED IMPLEMENTATION
 Community Affairs Section PLAN
• Document the said activity thru photos and videos; and
• Perform other tasks as directed.

Investigation and Detective Management Section

• Conduct speedy and impartial investigation to all incidents that may transpire in
connection with the activity; and
• Perform other tasks as directed.

• Render invocation for the opening ceremony; and

Station Health Unit

• Duty personnel to be on standby alert at BuCor Firing range ready to provide

medical assistance when needed; and

 PROPOSED IMPLEMENTATION
 Sub-Stations 1-6 PLAN
• Provide 2 teams composed of 4 members (led by a PCO with 1 lady shooter
regardless of rank) to represent the Sub-Station;
• Perform other tasks as directed.

Chief, TMRU/SWAT

• Designate Range Safety Officers; and

• Perform other tasks as directed.

COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS:
  
• All officers are required to attend and participate to the activity;
• All offices/units and Sub-Stations shall submit team compositions to the Admin
Section for consolidation and issuance of appropriate orders;
• Gun Safety and other precautions must be strictly observed at all times;
• Shooters must bring with them their own issued firearms;
• Registration for the said event will be Php500.00 each for Police Officers and
Php700.00 for private individuals; and
• Social distancing and other health protocols should be observed at all times;
