● The war between several countries which always ends with an unfortunate
ending.
● It always causes discord during and after the war is over..
● It usually happens between 2 countries but other countries join in the war to
help the country that they have formed alliance with

● It ended with germany surrendering on november 11th 1918 AD

● To prevent any interferences from the Soviet Union, Hitler signed a

nonaggression pact with the Soviet Union to safely invade Poland
● On September 3rd, 1949, Germany invaded Poland and since Poland
was bound by military alliances with the United Kingdom and France,
The conflict turned global after the official declaration of war from
them.

● On May 9th, 1945, World War II came to an end in Europe.
● Later that year, US President Harry S. Truman announced the surrender of
Japan and the end of World War II.
 After effect of World War II
● At the end of the war, millions of people were dead and millions more left on
the streets to survive, the European economy had collapsed, and much of the
European industrial infrastructure had been eradicated.
● Due to massive nuclear bombing and large scale warfare, all the bombed
places were left with deadly amount of radiation and people were either
dying of radiation or starvation
● Same as World War I, there was lack of sanitation which caused outbreak of
the infamous spanish flu

 CONCLUSION

● Each and every soldier that sacrificed their heart, soul and body for their
country, fighting to keep their nation independent and free of ill intent. We
will never forget their patriotism and will keep respecting their pride and
honor alongside their contributions and sacrifices.
