business. We'll examine the advantages and
disadvantages of AI. Businesses AI may use for enabling
mine data for insights, businesses to automate

Group Project Part 1

TEAM RULES
Team Participation

To fully understand each subject, we will provide tasks and underline the
value of communication. We should be able to split up the process effectively
and openly if we have good collaboration. This should enable a well-informed
and intelligent decision-making process in which each group member plays
an equally important and balanced role.

8
TEAM RULES
Conflict Resolution

We will all agree at the outset of our project that any potential conflict is the result of
creative differences and methods rather than any personal animus. This will enable us
to break the problem down into manageable pieces and attack it with clarity. In order to
clearly understand the recommended solutions independently, we will emphasize
defining the fundamental issue for which we are seeking a solution (and over which the
dispute has formed). From there, we will collaboratively examine the advantages and
disadvantages of each position in order to develop a compromise that captures a
consensus that is acceptable to everyone.

9
TEAM RULES

Team Communication Style

We will collaborate and draw on everyone's ideas, promoting collaboration and

teamwork. Everyone's opinion and voice will be heard and equally valued. We
will attend all team meetings on time or notify our teammates in advance with a
reason if unable to attend. We will split the workload equally and to be able to
freely voice if you feel this has not occurred. We will communicate and meet
outside of timetabled hours.

10
TEAM RULES

Decision Making

In order to reach a resolution as a team, we adopted a consensus-driven process and

appreciated everyone's knowledge and participation. We had conversations where many
viewpoints were considered, and where necessary, democratic voting was employed. We
were able to use the many areas of expertise of our team members during the decision-
making process, which produced a project that was well-organized and fruitful.

11
STEP 2:
SELECT THE TOPIC &
IDENTIFY THE AUDIENCE

(AI in Business)

Group Project Part 1 12

AUDIENCE
Audience Goals

It refers to the precise goal or intended result that companies want to attain
when they use AI tools or solutions. It centers on meeting the demands and
wants of the stakeholders or target audience who are involved in the
business context. Depending on the AI endeavor, the target audience might
vary, but often includes Customers, Employees, Management and
executives, Operations and logistics teams, Data analysts and data
scientists, IT and technology teams.

13
AUDIENCE
Audience Needs

The term "audience needs" in the context of AI in business refers to the

demands, difficulties, or issues that the target audience or other
stakeholders have and that may be solved or addressed using AI
technology. Businesses must recognize and meet these demands if they
are to effectively use AI technologies and benefit their audience. Here are a
few typical audience requirements for AI in business: Improved efficiency
and productivity, Enhanced decision-making, Personalization and customer
experience, Cost reduction and resource optimization, Advanced data
analysis and insights, Improved accuracy and reliability, Cybersecurity and
risk management.

14
AUDIENCE
Audience Demographics

The attributes and characteristics of the stakeholders or target audience for

AI activities in a business environment. These statistics offer perceptions
on the populations affected by or participating in the deployment and
usage of AI technology. The following audience demographics are typical
for AI in business: Age, Job Roles and Functions, Industry or
Sector, Educational Background, Geographic Location, Company
Size, Customer Segments & Language and Cultural Considerations.

Businesses may better meet the requirements, preferences, and difficulties

of various groups within the organization or customer base by customizing
their AI strategy, designing user interfaces, creating suitable training
programs, and communicating effectively.

15
AUDIENCE
Topic Description

In our group project, we will look at how this game-changing technology is

transforming operations and spurring innovation across a range of sectors, as
well as the potential of AI to open up new avenues and disrupt established
business models. Additionally, we'll talk about process automation and
optimization, forecasting and predictive analytics, customization and customer
experience, natural language processing for intelligent interactions, computer
vision for visual data analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Examples
from the real world and case studies are used to show how AI is successfully
being deployed in a variety of industries. The impact of AI in their respective
corporate contexts and its possibilities for transformation are left indelible in
the minds of the audience.
