Objectives of the Study
To provide more ways how we can help the Grade-7
Students to learn mathematics.
To ease the teacher’s struggle in teaching Grade-7
Student in mathematics
To observe the Grade-7 Students capability in term of
mathematical knowledge
To identify areas of strength and weakness and adjust
our teaching strategies accordingly
Statement of the problem
This study is about the levels of competency of the
Grade-7 students in mathematics. Since the
Grade-7 Students came from the modular era of
learning that they are having issues studying and
solving mathematics problems. Basic operations
in math such as addition, subtraction,
multiplication, division and this study aims to
make data-driven decisions to improve teaching
and learning outcomes in mathematics.

Implication
This study can serve as an early warning system, identifying students
who are struggling with mathematics competency at an early stage.
This information can help schools implement targeted interventions
and remedial programs to provide extra support to these students,
helping them catch up and succeed in their mathematical skill.
Teachers together with mathematics club will play a big role in
supporting Grade-7 Students in their mathematical skills, it can also
help to identify areas where teachers may require additional training
or resources to better support their students.
Conclusion
1. These are the knowledge of Grade-7 Students in
terms of solving the basic operations such as addition,
subtraction, multiplication and division.
2. Numerical problems are the Grade-7 students can
execute well in various kinds of mathematical
problems.
3. Grade-7 Students has issues concerning on how
will they learn more efficiently in mathematics in to
their own houses and their own skills and capabilities
in mathematics
Conclusion
4. The duty of our school is to support our
Grade-7 Students on enhancing their
mathematics knowledge and to asses their own
skills in mathematics.
5. The extend of our school is to help the
Grade-7 Students that they should have
satisfaction and enjoyment in studying
mathematics and to exert more knowledge in
them.
Recommendation
1. Focus on teaching the Grade-7 Students the basis of
the mathematics such as addition, subtraction,
multiplication and division.
2. Teachers should focus to teach more about word
problems, situational problems, long methods and even
numerical problems of mathematical problems so that
the student can be numerate.
Recommendation
3. School must set a proper schedule for the remedial
classes for the Grade-7 Students in their icl periods or
in their vacant times.
4. Satisfy the students with enough exercise or
seatworks to improve their skills in solving basic
problems.
5. Provide an extra candies or snacks for students to
give them excitement and motivation in answering
math problems.
