CONTRACT WITH
THE CLIENT
This agreement, made this October 20, 2019 between L M EVENTS PLANNING & SERVICES .hereafter
referred to us: The Family Reunion Planner and the client, Mrs. Ofelia Bernandino
WITNESSETH: In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreement herein contained, The Family
Reunion.
Planner and the founder of the family reunion hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. The Reunion Planner shall provide services for the family reunion on the 20th day of October, 2019
at the approximate time of: 06:00AM located at San Bartolome San Leonardo Nueva Ecija.
2. The Reunion Planner will provide the following services under the terms of this Agreement:
E-mail confirmation reserving the date, time, location of the family reunion.
Review of all vendors contracts and confirmation of vendor services 1-2 weeks.
Assistance in the development of a family reunion itinerary.
Directing services on the family reunion for a maximum of ten hours.
Provision of complete reunion emergency kit.
Personal management of the family reunion program.

THIS AGREEMENT will serve as the contract for the services that will provide by the supplier for the upcoming
event, this contract is made as of the 18th day of NOVEMBER , 2020 between 10:00 AM, located at San
Bartolome San Leonardo Nueva Ecija, and ____________________(Supplier Company), located at
____________________ will be there to serve this event and will not take any cancellation of the contract “two

1. Food poisoning – the caterer will be strictly monitored
especially during the preparation and the serving of foods.
Temperature will be monitored. Hot foods should be served
hot and cold food should be served cold.
2. Power interruption – both the wedding venue and the
reception venue has Generators enough to supply the
electricity needed until the event finished.
3. Crowd control – usherettes will be assigned both in the
wedding and the reception area so that guests will be guided
accordingly.
4. Parking – ample parking space will be provided in the wedding
venue. There will be specific person assigned to maintain
orderliness in the parking.
5. Security of the attendees – area has security personnel that
will be responsible in maintaining peace and order for the
event.
