 Contract with the Client
This agreement, made this March 29,2020 and between my MC (Event Management Agency)
hereafter referred to us: The PRODUCT LAUNCH Planner and the client, Ms. Edna Mendoza.

WITNESSETH: In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreement herein contained, The
PRODUCT LAUNCH .

Planner and the founder of the family reunion hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.

THE PRODUCT LAUNCH PLANNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.The event Planner shall provide services for the product launch on the 25th day of April, 2020 at
the approximate time of: 08:00AM located at the Pan-Philippine Hwy, Dinarayat, Talavera, 3114
Nueva Ecija .
2.The Reunion Planner will provide the following services under the terms of this Agreement:
E-mail confirmation reserving the date, time, location of the product lauch.
Review of all vendors contracts and confirmation of vendor services 1-2 weeks.
Assistance in the development of a family reunion itinerary.
Directing services on the family reunion for a maximum of four to six hours.
Provision of complete reunion emergency kit.
Personal management of the family reunion program.

security will also monitor the crowd.
2. FOOD POISONING – the caterer will be strictly monitored.

4. SECURITY – area has a personnel and emergency equipment to
maintain peace and order.
5. POWER INTERRUPTION- Have a buck-up power generator
