MMIS G- 3, 4 and 5 students’ planting Day at Pann Pyo Latt monastery in Bago.

We left our school early in the morning with our friends, teachers and our parents.
We had a great time on the way to Bago playing games and answering quizzes.
On arriving at the monastery, we had to gather at this place.
After the monk’s sermon, we went to this place that was the area where we needed to plant. We had to walk on
the muddy ground and walk pass a lake to get to there. The lake has green and clean water inside. As soon as we
arrived, we quickly took the photos to record our memory.
There is so many acres of space. You can look at it in this picture. As soon as we
arrived, we quickly took the photos to record our memory.
Then we started to plant. We followed our group leader and stood at a mango tree together
while other groups were also starting to plant. We put the pieces of earth at the root of the
plant in the hole.
After planting mango tree, we placed the bamboo plant in soil. It was so fun even though I was so
unfamiliar with the mud. At the time, our feet were getting dirty with mud as the ground here is more
softer than the first place.
After that we cleaned our feet and got ready for our lunch. The monk said we
shouldn’t drop the rice and curry on the table at the lunch time. So, we ate neatly
and tightly. The taste was so amazing and delicious. After our meal, Phone Phone
treated ice cream to us. It was so delicious too.
After our lunch, we celebrated birthday party for the students who were born in
June_ big sister from Tharkeyta G-5 and one brother from North Dagon school as
Phone Phone want to give us a surprise. Each and every student from that
monastery gave flowers to June born students one by one. It was so lovely.
Then, we took a picture as the remembrance.
We donate a meal to students there. Before they had the meal, they said the prayer and shared the loving – kindness to us.
After that, they started eating. We helped them to fill up the rice or curry and so on.
Lastly, we donated stationery and money. And we came back to our school.
