Method 1:
1. “Would you like to be a non-user?”
In relation to the first question – someone needs to be quite
sure that they want to be a non-tobacco user. Only a ‘Yes’ will
do!

• Set a quit date- within 2 weeks.
• Tell family, friends, and coworkers about quitting, and
request understanding and support.
• Anticipate challenges to the upcoming quit attempt.
• Remove tobacco products from your environment,
make your home smoke-free.

7) Mengelakkan diri
- daripada suasana atau situasi yang
mendorong kepada merokok seperti berkumpul
atau lepak bersama kawan yang merokok.
8) Membasuh tangan selalu /Berwuduk.
11) Meditasi
- iaitu dengan menenangkan diri supaya dapat berfikir
dengan rasional.
12) Memohon doa
- iaitu berdoa kepada Tuhan agar dikuatkan azam dan tingkatkan
usaha untuk berhenti merokok buat selama-lamanya.
