Simple Present Tense
When a verb ends in an s, sh, ch, x, or z, add es to the verb!
o He goes to work in the morning.

Adverbs of frequency are very common in Simple Present Tense.
Examples:
I always take a shower in the morning.
He often works late at night.
My friends sometimes invite me to their parties.
John never smokes cigarettes. Some adverbs of frequency have negative meanings.
