The Fencing Problem

A farmer has 100m of fencing. She wants to make an enclosure to keep

her ferocious alpacas in. Alpacas like as much space as possible to roam
in or they get angry. What shape enclosure should she create?

Experiment with rectangles that have a perimeter of 100mm and

calculate their areas.
