tersebut di atas, maka akan diberikan
konseling dan akan diberi surat peringatan
oleh PE / CCA Head of Department. Untuk
pelanggaran selanjutnya oleh pelatih /
instruktur yang sama, maka kontrak kerja-
nya akan dihentikan

▪ Coaches are not allowed to use the same toilets as

students (primary and secondary)
▪ Attendance – Face scanning at lobby & Manual

▪ Tournaments/Competitions on Saturday –
maximum claim 5 hours

▪ Students not feeling well – inform TIC and

discourage from participating
▪ If you don’t feel well, inform Mr. Nadzi or Ibu
Endang that you will not be coming

Asia or International federation

▪ Submit hard copy to PE Admin and/or soft copy to
nadzi@acsjakarta.sch.id
▪ Include your CV (playing and coaching experience) with a photograph
▪ Submission Date: 31 July, 2pm
 Training Plans/Programs
▪ Compulsory for all Sports & Games (CCA) to submit a 6-month or
semester training plan
▪ Submit soft copy to coordinators and/or HOD PE
▪ Review will be conducted after 6 months
▪ Ensure that quality training for students
▪ Example of a training plan on next slide
▪ Submission of training plan: 31 July, 2pm to

SOP 1

- In addition to the present SOP, ALL CCA coaches & instructors

must get the signature of CCA TIC at the start of every CCA
session and at the end of every CCA session.
- If you cannot find your CCA TIC, please find Mr. Nadzi.
- It is your responsibility to find CCA TIC or Mr. Nadzi.
- Template
- No signature = no payment
- Why?
- Do not confront any admin staff if you have issues with
payment - approach Mr. Nadzi
- New rates for CCA sessions on Saturdays

1. Attach students’ attendance for each session

2. Get signature from TIC after every session
