 Introduction

• The purpose of Timetable Management System is to automate

the existing system. By the help of computerized equipment's
and full-fledged computer software,fulfilling their require-
ments, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for
longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the
same. It can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast man-
agement system.

 Existing System

• Existing System is Manual.

• A lot of manual work has to be done by the
management and staff to develop a time table
manually.
• Many documents and written material is used
to develop timetable manually.

• Time consuming
• More man power
• Consumes large volume of pare work.
• Needs manual calculations.
• No direct role of higher officials.

• System needs to store information about new entry of

timetable.
• System need to maintain the quantity record.
• System need to keep record of Room.
• System need to update and delete the record.

 Faculty wise
