Objective

• Present more options to customers.

• Maximize stock holding on fixtures.
• Easy size wise replenishment.
• Operationally get more efficient.
• Summer and Autumn Winter both are
displayed separately- FS and HS as per the
season required.
Guiding Principles
●Each Waterfall/Pin rod will have :
• 2 pack set options for Men
• 3 pack set options for Ladies
• 5 pack set options for Kids

●Section :
• 7 feet section will have 2 water fall/Pin rod, 3 shelves for display options and 1 bottom most shelf for excess
stock of all options on same section.
• 6 feet section will have 2 water fall/Pin rod, 2 shelves for display options and 1 bottom most shelf for excess
stock of all options on same section
• 5 feet section will have 2 water fall/Pin rod, 1 shelf for display options and 1 bottom most shelf for excess stock
of all options on same section

●Shelf :
• Each shelf can have minimum 9 and maximum 12 options depending upon size of the merchandise
• Base shelf will carry excess stock of all options displayed on same fixtures.

●4 way browsers
• Each arm to carry 2 options in case of men, 3 in case of ladies and 5 kids
• Excess stock of all these options 8/12/20 should be kept space available in between arms

• Tables to be used for T-shirts/Casual shirts display that will be coordinated
with Jeans instead of displaying same jeans as displayed in back wall.
• Removed clutter and given proper aisle space to customer for browsing.
Broken set display options – Color themed and size wise
placed.
• To be placed on a section at the end of each category
preferably in Gondola Browsers.
• To be placed on 1 arm of the 4 arm, use back arm.
• To be placed on Table at the back of category
• To be placed in a Bin.
