We like eating food from

Mc Donald’s or KFC,
because we like hot-dogs,
hamburgers, cheesburgers
and chips. It is normal.
First of all our bodies
need a balanced diet.
Therefore we need
some fat, sugar and salt
in our diet but not too
much.
Futhermore, fast foof is
very convinient because
it is available whenever
we want it. Fast food is
very cheap and we can
buy it everywhere. So
we don’t need to make
meals at home.
Fast food is a trend among young people
in big cities, and many young people
think that this is a stylish eating style,
an expression of a modern lifestyle.
However, fast food is not only
unbalanced in nutrition but also may
have some harmful substances
generated during processing that
affect health.
Do you know how
dangerous fast food
can be?
Weight gain:

Fast food often contains a lot of

fat and starch. If you eat too
much fast food, you will
become overweight and obese,
which will lead to a slew of
overnutrition-related
diseases such as blood fat,
high blood pressure,
diabetes, stroke, and fibrosis.
Lack nutrition:
Industrial foods such as cold cuts,
sausages, bacon, sausages, fried
chicken, etc. are ingredients used in
fast food that contain high levels of
salt and preservatives. If you eat a lot
of fast food, it will put a high amount
of salt and preservatives into the
body, leading to harmful effects on
the heart and kidneys and increasing
blood pressure.
Some popular fast foods are
"instant noodles," "instant
vermicelli," and "instant pho",
The nutritional composition of
this type of instant food is
mainly powder, while protein,
fat, and vitamins are all very low.
People who regularly eat "instant
noodles" for a long time have up
to 60% of the nutritional
deficiencies.
Cause disease:
-Increased risk of heart disease: Unhealthy fat in
fast food is the main cause of dangerous
cardiovascular diseases.

-In addition to the amount of fat loaded into the

body, using fast food increases blood sugar,
damages blood vessels, and can cause chronic
inflammation, causing bad cholesterol to stick to
the wall. Arteries block blood flow to the heart and
cause heart attacks .
• At the same time, the fat in fast food can
accumulate in the body, causing you to gain
weight; the higher your weight, the greater
your risk of cardiovascular diseases.

• In addition, fast food is also the cause of

kidney disease and cancer. The use of low-
fiber foods is the main cause of cancer,
especially gastrointestinal cancer.
Fast food affects the respiratory
system
When there are excess calories in the body, it can
cause weight gain and obesity, increasing the risk
of respiratory diseases such as shortness of
breath and asthma.
Even when the weight is out of control, it can put
pressure on the heart and lungs, making it difficult
to breathe when walking or climbing stairs. In
particular, children who eat fast food at least
three times a week have a higher rate of asthma.
Fast food is really convenient. However, it is
often unbalanced in terms of nutrients. If
you eat a lot and often, it will have a bad
effect on your health.
Therefore, we should limit eating fast food.
In addition, in a quick meal, you should add
green vegetables and fresh fruits to help
increase vitamins, minerals, and fiber to
balance nutrition and promote better
digestion.
