    ISO 14001
     ISO 14001 is a voluntary environmental standard.

     This standard can be used by Companies that wish to :


    • Implementing, maintaining and improving its environmental management system
    • Prove to other parties the conformity of its environmental management system with the standard
    • Obtain a certificate

     Some of the benefits of implementing ISO are:


    • Reduce the potential impact on the environment
    • Improve environmental performance
    • Improve the level of regulatory compliance
    • Reduce the risk of environmental responsibility
    • As a promotional tool to enhance the company's image

     In addition to the above benefits, companies that are trying to implement ISO 14001 also need to prepare costs that will
    arise, including:

    Dasar Hukum

    • Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1970 tentang Keselamatan Kerja. Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi. Nomor Per-03/Men/1982
    tentang Pelayanan Kesehatan Kerja.
    • Permenaker RI Nomor PER.04/MEN/1987 tentang Panitia Pembina Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta Tata Cara Penunjukan Ahli
    Keselamatan Kerja.
    Disebutkan pada pasal 2 (dua) bahwa tempat kerja dimana pengusaha/pengurus memperkerjakan 100 (seratus) orang atau lebih, atau tempat kerja
    dimana pengusaha/pengurus memperkerjakan kurang dari 100 (seratus) tenaga kerja namun menggunakan bahan, proses dan instalasi yang
    memiliki resiko besar akan terjadinya peledakan, kebakaran, keracunan dan penyinaran radioaktif pengusaha/pengurus wajib membentuk P2K3.
