A NEW ENDING…
 THE STORY
The hole in the wall is a well-written story that focuses on
wisdom and the message the story gives is about wisdom
and its importance and as much as I loved the
culminating moment and the ending, I'm here to change
both of them and add a new perspective of mine to this
story.
WHAT WOULD
1. THE
CHANGE?
CHOICE
I chose to change Joanna's decision, and instead of
throwing all the coins into the hole, I would've
preferred she kept the coins to herself.

WHY? In my vision, Joanna is an

attentive, thoughtful character that
wouldn't risk to waste so much.
WHAT WOULD
2. THE CHANGE?
OUTCOME
Instead of losing the coins,Joanna obtained even
more after visiting the hole many times. With those
coins she managed to open her own shop.

WHY? Joanna had a goal that she had to achieve

and thanks to her ambition, she continued focusing
on doing the same thing without stopping.

MORAL

And just like that the story isn’t focused

on wisdom anymore, but it makes
Joanna a powerful ambitious girl.
