FMA Studios is a service type of business that offers
services in Photography and Videography. It focuses on
video editing and photo editing during events such as
birthdays and weddings. It also offers services in business
advertising through photos and videos. The business will

Nature of de San Juan de Letran. The target market of FMA Studios
are Children, Teenagers, Couples and Business owners

business will mostly reach our customers using social
media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube and Instagram
since these are the platforms that can showcase our skills
in video editing, videography and photography which
could entice our target market.
The name of the business would be “FMA Studios”.
The name of the business came from the names of the
business owners which are Francis, Mark and Ashford. We
Name of the named it as FMA Studios since we plan to expand our
business as we progress in shooting photos and videos for
Business events and business promotions. Furthermore, we
established this business since all of us has a background
in videography, photography and video editing.
The Products of the Business are producing well-
edited photos and videos. The photos will be captured with
a crop sensor camera that has 24.2 megapixels and the
Lenses that will be used are prime lenses to ensure photo
quality. Moreover, the videos will be captured also with a
crop sensor camera that has a Full HD quality. The
Product of the proponents will also use gimbal stabilizers to ensure video
quality and smooth recording. The photos will be edited
Business through Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator while the Videos
will be edited through Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
and Audition. These are the editing software that will be
used in producing photos and videos. The proponents will
use these mentioned methods in taking photos and videos
in events and business advertising.

 The proponents of the company will be one to benefit through the profit received. Furthermore, customers
will be satisfied as they receive high quality products that are valued based on how much they pay.
 Will serve as a product that has a sentimental value to its customers which could benefit their emotional and

What major pain points for your customers or customer irritants?

The major pain points is the expectations and satisfaction the FMA Studio could get from
the customers because this holds the reputation of the studio and their trust to serve them well.
Another pain point that we can see is how we execute the photography/videography properly.
They are expecting a better outcome and if we failed to deliver that outcome, we will not be
able to retain our customers. Aside from that, some of our customers are looking for an Ultra
HD video and Aerial shots in which we cannot provide because of our equipment. They are
looking for it because most of our competitors are doing their films in Ultra HD resolution.
Based on the above findings, discuss the possible competitive advantage you can develop for the
chosen business project idea.

Our competitive advantage is that we do our work with seriousness in editing the videos and photos.
Furthermore, all of us have a background in Videography and Photography and we make sure that our clients
will be satisfied in our work. Furthermore, if the finished video or photos did not satisfy our clients, we offer
revisions of the editing and that comes with our package. We also cater both business advertising and events.
Some of our competitors are only focusing on one business segment and they only cater either of the two. FMA
studios aims to cater both business segments which will help business owners promote their business and also
help people who want to capture and record their memories with an affordable price. Lastly, our price is not that
expensive since we are just a start up business and currently building our business portfolio.
