invitation are formal and informal. In formal invitation, we use formal language such as would like to replace want. Informal invitation tends to use casual language. FORMAL INVITATION We invite people with a formal request for formal event. Or to do things we have/make/do. Here some phrases used in formal invitation : We would be honored to have you……. We would like to invite you We do appreciate…….. THE USE OF FORMAL INVITATION :
