DINING AREA

It is a place in the house where they servered the food for the family
where all the member is gather to sit and eat together.

Although the dining room size is depends on the size and capacity of
dining table the suggested sizes of dining room is here as follows:

Small – 10’x12’ feet

Medium – 12’x16’ feet
Large – 16’x24’ feet
 The dining area must be in good ambiance, welled lighted to make more relaxing
and comfortable with convenience outlet provided.
KITCHEN:

It is the part of a house were the food prepare is done and afterward
cooking.

Although the kitchen room size is depends on the number of appliances

must plan to put up the suggested sizes of kitchen room is here as follows:
Small – 5’x10’ feet
Medium – 10’x16’ feet
Large – 12’x20’ feet

The kitchen must be in clean all the time, well lighted enough to see activity
in kitchen, well ventilated, fun, and comfortable with convenience outlet
provided for air-conditioned, freezer, refrigerator, water dispenser, microwave
oven and inductor cookers and lastly it must be passed the BFP clearances.
