Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil

 Telah diatur ketentuan pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam
Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 98 Tahun 2000 Untuk mengisi
formasi yang lowong dan mendapatkan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS)
yang profesional, berkualitas serta mewujudkan obyektivitas
dalam pelaksanaan pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
 Pengadaan dilakukan oleh Pejabat Pembina Kepegawaian.

 Pengadaan dilakukan dilakukan melalui 2 (dua) cara yaitu

pengadaan atas dasar lamaran langsung dan melalui lembaga
diklat dengan pola pembibitan (Polbit)

dalam rangka kedinasan.
 Sebaiknya tidak dipergunakan untuk kegiatan-kegiatan di luar
kedinasan seperti mengantar atau menjemput anak ke
sekolah/les, berbelanja ke pasar atau mal, dipakai istri pejabat
