1 • Pt. was hooked to CPAP & IV fluid


• Dx req: CBC w/platelet count @ 6th Hol, CRP 24th Hol, BCS, Babygram AP,
CBG 2nd Hol then @6th Hol
• OGT inserted and put on NPO
• Hooked to pulse oximeter
• Antibiotic were started
2 • CPAP shifted to IV nasal cannula @ 1-2 LPM
3 • Noted jaundice up to abdomen
• No apnea
• Retractions on auscultation, clear breath sounds
• Started phototherapy w/proper eye precaution
4 • Still w/jaundice
• Started aminophylline & OGT
