• What is Conflict in classroom?


• Conflict is a term used to describe a state of disagreement, opposition, or
struggle between individuals, groups, or nations. It can arise from a
variety of factors, such as differences in interests, values, goals, or
beliefs. Conflict can occur in various settings, including personal
relationships, workplaces, communities, and international affairs.

• Conflicts can have both negative and positive consequences. On the


negative side, they can lead to stress, hostility, damaged relationships,
and even loss of life. However, conflicts can also serve as catalysts for
change and growth, as they can prompt individuals or groups to challenge
existing norms, seek resolution, or advocate for their rights.

have a good classroom management plan in place to resolve conflicts. It is
important to able to see things from the other persons perspective and
understand their feelings. By being practice a positive attitude being
respectful and open minded you can set the class for a peaceful and
productive learning environment.
