Introduction
 Human Resources department is the emerging sector in the new era of corporate world.
 Previously HRM was ignored by big organizations. Today the situation has changed, most of
the organizations are emphasizing on HRM practice.
 The main reason is, the organization runs by the people or human resources not by the
machine.
 So, it is important to maintain these human resources in order to gain long term success in
Business.
 In my Internship Report, my main target is to identify the area of HR practice of corporate
world.
Objectives of the Study

 To study HRM practices and participate in hiring process.

 To conduct SWOT analysis on policies and practices of IFORTIS

WORLDWIDE.

 To analyse the employees’ perspective of company’s HRM practices.


Research Methodology
 Primary Sources of Information: The primary data collected through a
questionnaire circulated among 50 employees via Google Forms.
 Secondary Sources of Information: The secondary data collected from the
following sources:
• Websites of iFORTIS WORLDWIDE
• Internet
• Books
Limitations
 Time is a major limitation that would mostly with stands a comprehensive study on the
topic selected.
 Various confidential matters, forms, report, were not disclosed to me from HRD.
 Some strategies of business and operation were restricted to handover.
 Improper combination among various departments.
 Unwilling to give information more because of extra harassment without their
responsibility.
 Being busy also another reason of not giving more information.

 In its infancy, IFortis was in the business of IT Services & Marketing Services.
 Ifortis Worldwide is a subsidiary company of American Ruler Pvt. Ltd. Ifortis worldwide is an
information technology company.
 It provided services such as in web application, bespoke CRM and ERP systems, customer portal
service, operational system, engineering and software development, software and hardware integrated.
 It works with the industries such as in healthcare, construction, Retail and e-commerce, education and
training, hospitality, non-profits, SME’s and large enterprises.
 The company does business on international platform. Along with IT projects and technical projects to
businesses it provides intuitive services in HR consultancy that improves business efficiency.
