Further, after visiting Brgy. Sto Niño, the Vice President is planning to visit the Haven for the Elderly,
National Training School for Boys (NTSB), and 2nd Infantry Battalion, Camp Mateo Capinpin in Brgy.
Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal.
Moreover, the Vice President will travel by land via Manila East Road and/ or Marcos Hi-way from
Quezon City Reception House to Brgy. Sto Niño, Tanay, Rizal depending on the situation.
ASSUMPTIONS
1. The enemies of the State will conduct activities inimical to the security of the Vice
President Maria Leonor G Robredo and party while in AOR;
2. The enemies of the State will conduct activities in the area that will embarrass the
government and the PNP and AFP;
3. Other groups will take advantage of the activity and may conduct tactical
operation that will embarrass the government and the PNP;
4. Legal fronts (militant groups) might stage lightning mass actions/rallies in AOR to
embarrass and/or frustrate the visit of Vice President Maria Leonor G Robredo in
AOR; and
5. Lawless elements will take advantage of the situation and pursue their nefarious
activities.
MISSIONS
Rizal PPO in close coordination with the 80th IB, 2ID, PA;
other PNP Units and local government of Tanay, Rizal will
deploy maximum number of personnel to ensure the
security and safety of Vice President Maria Leonor G
Robredo, other VIPs and attendees/participants in all
places of engagement in AOR.
EXECUTION
Concept of Operation:
The Rizal PPO will employ/deploy maximum number of PNP
personnel to provide route and area security, traffic management
and control and other public safety services in coordination and
support of 80th IB, 2ID, PA; other PNP Units; and LGUs to ensure
the safety and security of attending VIPs and participants at the
venue and all places of engagement in AOR.

2) Chief, PHRDDB
Issue appropriate order to PNP personnel who will be
involved in this activity in coordination with Chief
POPB; and
Perform other tasks as directed.

3) Chief, PIB
Closely monitor the activities of the DTs and other lawless elements in connection with the activity;
Provide appropriate number of covert security to be deployed at the area of engagement in
coordination with OIC, Tanay MPS;
Provide timely intelligence on this matter; and
Perform other tasks as directed.
4) Chief, POPB
Supervise closely the activity;
Coordinate with 80th IB, 2ID, PA for the conduct of clearing operations/ route security of Patrol Base
(Sta Ines, San Andres and Cuyambay) all of Tanay, Rizal;
Coordinate with 404th A MC, RMFB4A and 33rd SAC PNP SAF for clearing operations/ route security
in the areas of Antipolo City and Baras, Rizal;
Submit after activity report to ROPD after culmination of the activity; and
Perform other tasks as directed.

5) Chief, Logistics
Provide additional radio equipment to Tanay MPS;
Provide other logistical requirements to operating units as requested/ needed; and
Perform other tasks as directed.
7) Chief, PCRB
Coordinate with OIC Tanay MPS for PCR activities and to document the activity;
To submit After Activity Report to RPCRD; and
Perform other tasks as directed.
8) Chief, PIDMB
Provide investigative assistance to C/MPSs during the entire duration of the activity; and
Perform other tasks as directed.

9) Force Commander, RPMFC
Provide one (1) team of SWAT to act as additional security force to Tanay MPS and to be
prepositioned at Brgy Sto Niño, Tanay, Rizal NLT 6:00 AM of June 13, 2018;
To conduct clearing and combat operations at Brgy Sto Niño NLT June 10-13, 2018 in coordination
with 80th IB, 2ID, PA and other PNP Forces (404th A MC RMFB4A and 33rd SAC PNP SAF);
To submit to this Office (Attn: POPB-SOS) NLT June 10, 2018 (Sunday) your Final Combat
Operations Plan; and
Perform other task as directed.

10) OIC, Tanay MPS
Act as the GROUND COMMANDER;
Provide area and route security assistance, traffic management and control and other related public safety services in
coordination with LGUs;
Maximize the deployment of personnel for area and route security;
Provide appropriate number of covert security;
Coordinate with the Chief Executive for the availability of medical personnel with ambulance in the engagement area;
Coordinate with your respective MPSO for traffic management, direction and control;
Coordinate with the 80IB, 2ID, PA and other friendly forces in the area for the needed security preparations;
Provide videographer PNCO who will document the security operations;
To submit your Final Security and Deployment Plan to this Office (Attn: POPB) NLT 10:00 AM, June 10, 2018 (Sunday) for
PDs appreciation;
All PNP personnel involved in the security deployment must be in placed NLT 6:00 AM of June 13, 2018 and until the
culmination of the activity;
Provide one (1) mobile for use of EODT-RBS4A in the conduct of paneling and sanitary operations in your AOR;
Prepare After Security Operations Report with action pictures to this Office (Attn: Chief, POPB-SOS) and copy furnish
Chief, PCRB for subsequent reporting to higher headquarters;

related public safety services while the CODE 2 convoy traverse in your respective
AOR;

AM of June 13, 2018 and until the culmination of the activity;
