1. Navigate to Multi Cloud

2. Select menu Hyperscaler

Account & User Management
3. Select the hyperscaler where you
will create your account (AWS is
recommended).

4. Enter required details for account

creation, consider the following:
 In order to get an account in one of the cloud
providers, it is mandatory that this account is
assigned to a Cost Center (CC) or Internal Order
(IO) or Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) that is
SAP SE cost object (CoCode 0001).
 To make sure that your CC/IO/WBS is an SAP SE
cost object, please contact your Business Unit
Controller or your Infrastructure Coordinator.
 If an Infrastructure Coordinator is unavailable, the
Cost Center owner can approve the requests
instead.
 After the approval is received, the requestor
creates a ticket through the Multicloud Operations
Service Desk.

5. Navigate to Multi Cloud

6. Select menu SAP CAL (internal)

7. Select option Request dedicated
AWS Account with CAL.

8. Enter required details for account

creation, consider the following:
 You have previously requested a dedicated AWS
account
 This second ticket is to connect your existing AWS
account with CAL
 Once access to your CAL account has been
granted you can deploy the recommended image:
