Fundraising event plan

One Event / Two teams

• Virtual Team is 4/6 players on Call of duty (Gaming 24hrs) Average Miles run across all 6 players.
Vs
• Analog Team – Person(s) running for 24 hours to try and beat the Virtual Team.

Raising money for MND and CPAG the AGC two chosen charities for 2023 / 2024.

Donation Target £2000 for the year!

Team Leader

They will facilitate the virtual side of the event in relation to gamers, accommodating such thangs as:
• Creating a Virtual team to assist them (If required), prior and on the day of event.
• Ensures AI, Risk Assessment, location and equipment is booked.
• Creating a Aesthetic, functional location for event.
• Ensuring a 4/6 team list is created with stand by members.
• Working with Charity lead.
• Working with guests to ensure access to camp.
• Working with Events Caster.

This will be located in the most convent location for the runners.

Each runner will be running for 24 hours each.

During selected segments, a live feed of the event to the Event caster will be conducted.

BFBS will be invited to speak to the runners during a break or Outreach Lead will conduct a interview.

Each of the runners should be wearing a MND / CAPG T-shirt for the event.

Virtual Team leader to conduct an in depth plan for event.

They will facilitate the Analog side of the event in relation to runners, accommodating such thangs as:
• Creating a small team to assist them (If required), prior and on the day of event.
• Ensures AI, Risk Assessment, location and equipment is booked.
• Ensuring a team list is created with stand by members.
• Working with Charity lead.
• Working with guests to ensure access to event.
• Working with Events Caster, on specific live stream timings for allocated segments.
MEDIA
Team Leader

They will facilitate the Media side of the event


• Located and employ a Graphics Person (to work with events caster needs)
• Located and employ a Outreach Person (A person who will deal with Guests, such as BFBS, Segment
guests)
• Create a Media Ops plan (With Charity Lead)
• Create 24 x 1 hour Segment Plan for the event (Ensuring input from All departments)
MEDIA
Graphics Person , under Media Team Leader

Will facilitate the creation of graphics for event.


• Ensuring bespoke graphics are sued for each 1 hour segment
• Under Media Team Leader, look into the potential of a Donations Graphic (Goes up as we get them)
• Same as above but a Km/Miles tracker for Virtual vs Analog?

• Under the direction of Media Team Leader


MEDIA
Segment Lead, under Media Team Leader

Will create a 24 hour plan into segments of 1 hour for the event.
• Work closely with Media Team Leader to maximise interaction and donations.
• Look for opportunities to get our message out.
• Engage with potential influencers for each segment.
• Under the direction of Media Team Leader
