Portfolio of Evidence
Refers to the information that the trainee provides in support of their training
that they have gained competence, and the information is both true and
correct.
Portfolio of evidence file shall be kept in hard copy and/or soft copy.
Backups of soft copy shall be maintained.

Portfolio of evidence presented by the trainee shall meet the following
requirements:
The POE shall be stored and kept in both soft/and or hard copies for a
duration that shall be determined by the Council.
The quality of evidence maintained in the file shall comply with the following
criteria in table below
