 Set realistic expectations

nutritionist:

 Persistent sad or empty feelings


 Feeling of guilt or worthlessness
 Difficulty concentrating
 Loss of pleasure in your favorite things
including intimacy
 Lack of sleep- insomnia
 Too much sleep
 Irritability
 Aches and Pains that don’t get better

• Unexplained deterioration in

concerned e.g. You’ve been

consequence of the abuse e.g. we
lost this account because you did
not present the proposal on time

your suspicion

 Don’t feel responsible/guilty for
what is happening
