important for Business owner as they need to close as much as possible to create profits. Additionally, for the
Representatives to assess their performance as the year concludes.
• The Bar Graph significally shown that both Kivell and Parent have the highest return of sales. In the other hand, Andrews
and Howard made the lowest.

Unlike the previous chart, this bar graph show to total sold unit and the
corresponding total amount as the data given to us essentially provides the idea
that the unit cost was not constant. Thus, total profit may have slights changes
as to the total sold unit per item.

Looking at the graph, it shows that the binder is the most sold item followed by
pencil, pen set, and pen respectively. While desk still remains as the least sold.

ANNUAL SALES REPORT

In 2021, the Sales Order of Office Supplies started out strong but it drastically declined as the
first quarter ended. Following the lowest return in March, there is a significant growth until it
peaked in the month of July. However, the trend shifted dramatically as the next month had the
second lowest sale. And as the ‘ber’ months approaches there is a descent increase.

In 2022, we can vividly perceive that the changes that occurred in our KPI is less dire than the
previous year excluding the last quarter. No extreme highs and lows are evident as the year
progresses. This trend was broken when the last month of the thirst quarter give the lowest
return of sales yet, this become more serious as November give even more less sales. Finally,
the year concludes in a very good spot as December hit the highest peak in both years.
