Process of flow

Sancharadhaar -> Sancharsoft -> Billing -> Mediation -> HLR -> IN -

1) First entries is made in Sancharadhaar through E-KYC or D-KYC. Sim
number is mapped with MSISDN here.
2) Billing – Here subscriber provisioning happens, cdr creation,
collection, aggregation. (BP,OM, CS1, CS2(customer profile in billing
system)
3) Mediation server receives SP request from OM. Composes these
requests into specific commands. Based on NE reponse send back
reply to OM.
• Sancharadhaar – For EKYC and DKYC creation(Number onboarding) , CAF Approval, Sim
Swap activities, MNP.
• Sancharsoft – Sim Inventory management.
• B&CCS – For subscriber provisioning, bill processing, customer profile management.
Contains mediation server, Billing payment and order management servers.
• This is responsible for creating orders, subscriber provisioning and creating customer
profiles in HLR, IN, ..
• MDS Server collects converts and dumps CDRS. Data collected is delivered to multiple
applications in sequential order.
• Customer care - Prepaid Ccgui
• KenanFx platform
• CNMC (Centralized Network Monitoring center) – For monitoring of Networks and faults.
For calculating and displaying QoS parameters like NW availability & MTTR Infra element
details.
• CCM – Customer complaints Management.
• Pyro/Ctopup – Ctopup recharges/ Franchisee management.
