About PIS
The Personnel Information system is a Computer
qualifications, departmental tests passed, training attended, family details etc are stored in this system. individuals or on collective information grouped by certain categories namely designation, retirement, length of service, place of working etc
Main Objectives
To provide valuable information of employees to the Human Resource
Department
To keep track of the joining and leaving of the employees To categorize all the employees of the organization To view the salary details as and when required by the top-level
To maintain the joining and appraisal dates of the employees that helps the
HRD to promote/demote the employees on time according to their performances within the organization the top level management

The personnel System is categorized as 14 modules namely Personal Address Postings Qualification Trainings attended Family Nominations Loans Disciplinary Action & Punishment Properties Leave LTC Previous Employment Daily Attendance
User Levels
Three Levels of users are defined in this system. An Individual User - able to view his information. Administrative User - access to all the users of that
Department.
The Super User - access to all the users of all the
Departments.
