ABOUT QUALYTICS
- Qualytics Consulting was founded in 2021, amid the pandemic
- We are working as a partner with Neelgreev Traders Co. Ltd – this company is registered in Thailand
(established 2018)
- Neelgreev has leased some farms of Cashew Nuts and Avocados in Thailand
- We, as a group of Companies, export the Raw Cashew Nuts and Avocados from Thailand to India, Dubai
and other countries across the globe
- Raw Cashew Nuts is our core business, we also import other Agro and Non-Agro Products from Thailand
like Avocados, Wood Chips, Veneer etc.

KEY INSIGHTS
- The Target Segment shall be the normal households, but the overall aura / presentation
should be such that people should aspire to buy the product
- Specially targeting the young / middle aged buyers – from 26 to 45
- Key Competitors – few names were already discussed in the 1st meeting – we plan to
position ourselves in the same space
- Our USP shall be Price – since we already have the backend operations in place, we can
play along with the price factor
- We either lower our price than the competition
- We can also have the price comparable to them, but can add more value (or a feel
good factor) for the customers
- Most of the Cashew available in the market is W320. We shall launch our range in W320 as
well as W240. Not many brands are doing it currently.

us all aim to achieve new heights
- Following would be the deliverables. The details shall be discussed with you internally
- Brand Name and its associated elements
- Customer Survey / Market Research would add a statistical weight to your thoughts,
and would guide and channelize your thoughts
- Packing and Packaging – to make the product feel premium
- Marketing Strategy – emphasis to be given on Social Media presence
- GTM
- Vendor Development
- Together we need to discuss what all can be done to make this brand stand out. That is
the ultimate deliverable
