The parameters of the Learner’s Quarterly and Final Grades


per Learning Area Facilities are based on the following
existing DepEd Orders: the DO 31, s. 2012, “Policy
Guidelines on the Implementation of Grades 1 to 10 of the K-
12 Basic Education Curriculum”, DO 8 s. 2015, “Policy
Guidelines on Classroom Assessment for K to 12 Basic
Education Program”, and DO 36, s. 2016, “Policy Guidelines
on Awards and Recognition for K to 12 Basic Education
Program”.
Learner’s Quarterly And Final Grades Per Learning Area
A. Scope
 
The facility is accessible to all Public Schools’ Grades 1-10 with regular learning
areas/subjects such as Filipino, English, Mathematics, Science, Araling Panlipunan,
Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao, MAPEH, Mother Tongue for Grades 1-3; Edukasyong
Pangtahanan at Pangkabuhayan/TLE for Grade 4-10.

B. Limitations
 
The facility will not yet be accessible to Public Senior High School, Public Schools
with Special Programs, All Private Schools, Kindergarten, Learners under Special
Education (SPED) Program, Learners with enrollment issues (eg., pending
enrollment/transfers/approval) for the following reasons: (1) the grading system is not
in numerical grades, (2) different sets of weights and components in the computation of
grades per learning area, (3) different composition or naming of the learning
areas/subjects, (4) schools that does not conform on the abovementioned regular
learning areas/subjects and (5) the academic grading in Senior High School is in
semestral.

1. Sino or anong Account sa LIS ang makaka view sa NAT result?
Ang lahat ng account na may classification na “System Administrator at Head of Office/School Head ” ay mayroong view
access sa LIS. In the coming months, magiging available na din ang result ng NAT 2022. Ang Central Office BEA ang mag a
upload ng result sa LIS database at magiging available sa national, regional, division at school levels.

2. Sino or Anong Account ang makakapag encode sa LIS ng Quarterly Grades Facility (LQGF)?
Ang lahat ng public schools/sections/classes na nag o offer ng basic education curriculum na mayroon regular
learning areas lang muna ang maaring mag encode LQGF. Kung ang isang section/classes ay may special
subject/s na isinasama sa computation ng general average, hindi po muna sila pwedeng mag encode for now.

3. Ano ang magiging epekto ng LQGF sa LIS Generated SF5?


Kapag nag encode ng quarterly grades, automatic ang computation ng final rating at kung ito ay passed/failed sa bawat
learning area. Automatic na din ang pag compute ng general average. Magkakaroon din ng automatic assessment kung
ang learner ay promoted, conditionally promoted, retained, with honors, high honors at highest honors. Ang temporary
enrolled status (TE) ay ma re reflect din kung ang originating private school ay nag confirm sa transfer request at nag
naglagay ng “with financial obligation”. Kaya sa bagong facility ng LQGF, kapag nag encode ng quarterly grades – wala
nang updating ang gagawin sa SF5 ng LIS – mag pi print nalang at tiyak na accurate pa ang mga computation ng grades.

4. Magkakaroon ba ng LIS Generated SF10?


Ang LQGF ay ang unang hakbang para sa LIS SF10 generated. Excited na tayong magkaroon ng LIS SF10 Generated at SF10
Scanned Copy na naka stored at manageable sa LIS. Time will come, magkakaroon na ng e-SF10 sa LIS…..abangan.
