 CONDUCT MODALITIES FOR LAUNCHING
 Engr Imran from FWO & 10 x Master Trainers from 104 EB of Delta Br
Launching, reached Chitral on 15 Jul 21
 From 15 Jul to 25 Jul, Tps from 35 LBBE, 177 BBE, 479 BBE & 10 EME
were trained by a/m Trainers. Training incl lectures, dry practices and
actual assy of Delta panels
 This period from 15 Jul to 25 Jul also include Off site assembling of
complete 22 x Delta Panels and ready for launch. Launching eqpt/tools
were also completed from 104 EB and Rwp during this period
 From 25 Jul to 30 Jul, all activities before arrival of Mr Morgan ex Mabey
Br (Site Advisor) be completed. These incl const of rear rollers plinths as
per revised scheme and detailed chk & layout of Nose Eqpt
 Mil Str present at site for launching were further segregated as per req
parties (3 x parties of 1 + 2 + 10 each) and were trained accordingly
 Mr Morgan ex Mabey Br to arrive at Chitral on 30 Jul 21 along with Mr
Asrar ex Jaffar Bros , further proceeding with launching procedures will be
carried out under his supervision and guidance from 1 Aug 21 to 21 Aug
