I would like to talk about an event that I can still remember vividly. It was my 18th birthday
party which was held last Saturday evening. Coincidentally, that was also the time right after I
passed my final exam with flying colors, so it’s like I had a double pleasure, and I was so relieved
and exhilarated to celebrate this special occasion with my beloved friends. As for many people,
the 18th birthday is quite an important turning point in life that some could probably make a
detailed plan for the party as they want it to be perfect. However, I would rather make it simple
and cozy like a family dinner…

I was delighted at the news and right straight away I started preparing everything cautiously the
night before the interview. I thoroughly revised some essential information relating to the
company and the position I was applying for, choosing the perfect outfits to leave a good
impression on the interviewer, and I also prepared a notebook and a pen in case I had to take
important notes during the interview. Making sure that everything fell into place, I set the alarm
at 6:30 and went to bed early.
