The problem can be:
- the CPU (if the signals are not present at its output)
- The driver board (if the signals are present at its input but not present at its output)
- The cable that connect the CPU with the driver board (if the signals are present at the output of the CPU
but not present at the input of the driver board)
- The CHOKE or the cable that connect then driver board with the motor (if the signal is present at the
output of the driver board but not at the brushes of the motor)
7 - The brushes of the motor or the motor itself (if the signal is present at the brushes of the motor)

L4 (led 4) on the control board is ON when IN DN is 5.0Vdc.
