5. The tester record the scores while the learner keeps the
result of his own performance in the scorecard.
6. During F2F classes the learners should be grouped
together and in pairs. During the DL modality
parent/guardian can act as the tester.
7. The learner should wear appropriate clothing: PE or
any suitable sports attire, it is recommended to wear
shorts when taking the BMI test.
8. The learner should take no food or drinks for three (3)
hours before taking the BMI test.
9. Conduct/perform warm-up exercises and dynamic
stretching routine before the tests except for the 3-
minute-step test .
10. Administer the tests in a challenging, encouraging,
and fun-filled environment.
* Learners who are 15 years of age and above, should
answer the PAR Q and You questionnaire before taking
the test.
