 Pus discharge from wound in popliteal fossa….. 5 days

HOPI
Hx of RTA..Fall from Bike for which he was initially managed
in DHQ Sargodha where surgery was done (Record N/A) .
 Examination:
 Look:
 Diffuse swelling Rt leg extending from Right knee down to the Rt
Foot.
 Deformity Right knee.
 Black discolouration of Rt foot, toes and necrotic patches Rt leg.
 Wound in popliteal fossa with active foul smelling pus discharge.
 Feel:
 Tenderness positive on palpation Rt leg.
 Popliteal,dorsalis pedis and posterior tibial pulses not palpable.
Move:
 ROM couldn’t be Assessed due to pain
