Presenting complain

 Pain in bilateral knee joint............ 5year

 Difficulty in waling.......... 8 months

My patient was in usual state of health about 5 years back when he developed pain
Bilateral knee joints.
Pain was insidious in onset
Mild to moderate intensity,
Dull in character
Non radiating, non migratory
Aggravated by walking , flexing Knee and
Partially relieved by rest and medication .
Pain gradually increased with the passage Of time
Pain is not associated with swelling, fever , morning stiffness
Patient is home ambulatory without support ,
Can change his shoes , clothes but with diffiulty
 Patient have difficulty to perfrom his daily life activities
examination

 No swelling striae, scar mark

 Patient walks with support and can walk only few blocks
 Cannot climb stairs
 Cannot sit and squat.
 Flexion at knee joint ranges between 0 to 100 degree
 ACL, PCL,MCL intact
