General Conditions of Contract (GCC)
This Section of the Bidding Documents should provide:
– Information on Matters governing the performance
of the Contractor
– Payments under the Contract
– Matters affecting the risks, rights, and obligations of
the parties
If duplication of a subject is inevitable in the different
sections of the documents, care must be exercised to
avoid contradictions between clauses dealing with the
same matter.
