 What is Microsoft Sway?
Sway is like having a unique automated personal graphic designer

● Application for creating presentations, reports, portfolios

& more!
● Built-in design engine that takes care of all formatting
issues for the user.
● Inspire tab helps spark ideas when needed.
● Structure to ensure effortless design of storytelling
presentations.
● Sharing presentation is simple, no login required to view
finished product.
● Add your own pictures, texts and information then let
Sway do the rest!
 INSTRUCTIONS
● Go to https://sway.office.com/

● Click “Sign in” located on the menu bar.

● Enter your preferred email address to use with Sway.

● You can use a Microsoft email address or any academic or

professional email address.

● If you do not have a Microsoft account, you can sign up for

free at www.microsoft.com/account

● Click “Create New” to begin your first Sway!

● Wide variety of design templates, layouts and formatting options that can make presentations and
materials visually engaging and dynamic.
● Embed multimedia elements such as videos, images, audio, and interactive charts.
● Create interactive quizzes, polls and clickable content to keep users engaged and reinforce
learning.
